I don't think I've ever had a blister on top of another blister. Hm. Well, now I know it is possible!
Anyway, I was able to get in a trail run after work today. It's been too long since I've been able to do that. With the short days, the trail would be closed not long after I got off work. But now, it's getting dark around 6. That gives me plenty of time for a good run!
It was beautiful seeing the trail on the other side of my day. I love my morning runs on the weekends here and I know my evening runs are going to be just as enjoyable. Especially with the clocks changing on Sunday. I'll be able to get in some mad trail miles beginning next week.
Now, there is the possibility we are going to get hit by this snowstorm "Saturn" which is going to mess with my running. Boo!
I've been trying to not get myself in a tizzy over this. They've predicted snow before that has amounted to nothing. Yet, if it does happen, no running on Wednesday. I'd make up for it on Thursday since I am supposed to be getting my treadmill delivered. My luck, they'll probably delay shipment if roads are bad. ERRR!!! Then, I was considering bumping my marathon up to Saturday, but the snow will probably screw everything up!
Why does weather hate me?
Do you like when it's light out later? Do you tend to run more often or longer distances?
Do you hate snow as much as I do?
I love longer days......and I love snow!
