Shortly after writing my last post, I decided to go with option 2 and hit the treadmill. I was pissed at my phone's Gmail app (first world problems) and thought a run would relieve my stress.
I didn't realize how hot the room would be and I was swimming in sweat!
But I finished 5 miles and I feel so much better about my jacked up running schedule. Now, on to my two rest days!
I deserve a break after running 7 days straight. And because of that, I also treated myself to an additional banana nut muffin. I already had one earlier today and I probably would have had another anyway, but today, I had an excuse to eat 2.
